I've noticed a lot of people are on edge, looking over their shoulders. The usual water cooler chat seems a bit more subdued, and people are hesitant to commit to long-term plans. It feels like we're constantly waiting for something, but nobody knows what. The lack of clear communication from leadership about where we're headed only adds to the anxiety.
