Anyone else feeling the pressure? Project timelines seem impossible.

Hey all, I've been with NG for a few years now, mostly in systems engineering. Lately, it feels like the project deadlines are just getting more and more aggressive, with less and less time to actually get the work done. It’s like we’re constantly behind before we even start. Are other departments feeling this? Is it just my program, or is this a wider trend? I'm starting to wonder if management is setting us up for failure or if they just don't understand the realities of the engineering process. We're expected to deliver gold with what feels like bronze resources and timelines. I'm pushing myself to the limit, but it's not sustainable. Just looking to see if anyone else is in the same boat and how you're coping. Thinking about reaching out to my manager, but honestly, I'm not sure what good it will do. Feels like we're all just expected to 'make it happen' no matter what.
