Hey everyone, Been hearing some whispers around my department about potential re-organizations and a general hiring freeze. Nothing concrete, just the usual hallway chatter. Performance review season is also right around the corner, which always ramps up the anxiety. Has anyone else picked up on anything similar? Are there any specific divisions or programs that seem to be under more scrutiny? Trying to gauge the overall climate and if this is just noise or something more substantial. I've been hearing similar rumblings myself, especially concerning some of the defense programs that have seen budget shifts. It's hard to say if it's a widespread issue or specific to certain sectors.
