Been at Nvidia for a few years now, and lately, the pace feels like it's ratcheted up considerably. Projects are getting tighter deadlines, and there's a subtle pressure to 'do more with less.' We all know the company is doing well, especially with the AI boom, but it feels like management is squeezing harder.
