I'm so sick of the constant demands! I've been busting my butt on this project for months, pulling all-nighters, sacrificing weekends... and for what? To be met with more unrealistic deadlines and even higher expectations. My manager acts like we're all robots capable of working 24/7. There's zero work-life balance anymore. Honestly, I'm starting to resent this place. I know everyone says it's a 'great' company, but at what cost? My mental health is in the toilet. If things don't change soon, I'm seriously considering just walking out. I'm in validation, and I'm just burned out.

I hear you. The pressure cooker environment is real. Been there, done that. My advice? Start documenting EVERYTHING. Keep a record of your extra hours, the unrealistic deadlines, and any specific instances where your concerns were dismissed. This will be invaluable if you decide to take it up the chain or start looking for other opportunities. Don't let them burn you out completely.

Yeah, I'm gonna call BS. Everyone says NVIDIA is a pressure cooker, and it probably is for some teams, but that's true of many high-growth tech companies. If you're consistently working insane hours, you need to be more efficient or better at managing expectations. Maybe you're not suited for the role? It's a tough industry; not everyone thrives in a fast-paced environment.
