Anyone else feeling the jitters at Otis?

Hey all, been with Otis for a few years now in the engineering department. Lately, there's been a weird vibe around the office. Not sure if it's just me, but I've noticed a lot more hushed conversations, fewer all-hands meetings, and a general sense of 'watchful waiting.' We haven't had any official announcements or anything concrete, but the rumor mill is starting to churn. Some folks are talking about potential restructuring, others about budget cuts. It's making it hard to focus on the day-to-day when you're constantly scanning the horizon for clouds. Has anyone else experienced this kind of atmosphere recently? Any insights or shared feelings would be appreciated.

I've been feeling it too. It's definitely a strange atmosphere lately, much more so than usual. Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes. I'm trying not to get too caught up in the rumors, but it's hard when you see things changing around you, even if it's just subtle shifts in communication. Hopefully, we get some clarity soon.

Yeah, the quietness is unsettling. Normally, even during uncertain times, there's *some* form of communication, even if it's just to say 'we can't say anything yet.' This feels different. I'm focusing on my own work and trying to stay positive, but it's tough when the overall mood feels so tense. Keeping my ears open but not getting ahead of myself.
