Anyone else feeling the pressure at Otis?

Hey everyone, been seeing some mixed signals lately and wanted to see if others are feeling it too. Workload feels like it's constantly shifting, with some departments seemingly buried while others are suspiciously quiet. Just trying to gauge the general vibe out there. Is this just me, or are projects getting more demanding with fewer resources? I've noticed a bit more urgency on certain initiatives, but also a sense of uncertainty about long-term priorities. Wondering if this is a company-wide trend or specific to certain divisions. Any insights from other Otis folks on how things are looking from their end? Curious about team morale and overall project pipeline stability. Just trying to get a sense of where things are heading. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, I'm feeling that too. It's definitely a strange dynamic right now. Some teams seem to be pulling double shifts while others are coasting, which makes resource allocation feel really off. The constant shifting of priorities is also a major headache – it’s hard to get momentum on anything when the goalposts keep moving. Hope this is just a temporary phase and things will stabilize soon.

I can relate. The workload does feel unevenly distributed, and it’s creating a lot of stress for those of us on the busier projects. There’s definitely a sense of urgency, but without clear long-term direction, it feels like we're just spinning our wheels sometimes. Hopefully, management has a plan to address these resource and priority issues. Curious to hear if anyone has heard any updates.
