How's the workload at Otis these days?

Curious to hear from others at Otis. Over here, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, which is always a classic sign. Project timelines are getting tighter, and there's been a subtle increase in workload for a lot of us in my department. No layoffs announced, but the pressure is definitely mounting. It makes you wonder if they're trying to optimize before making any bigger decisions, or if this is just the new normal with supply chain issues and economic headwinds.
