Anyone else's team seeing workload changes at PACCAR?

Been at PACCAR for a few years now and lately things feel a bit different. My team's workload has definitely shifted, and some projects seem to be winding down faster than expected. No official word on anything, but it's making me a little antsy. Wondering if this is happening elsewhere in the company or if it's just specific to my department. Is anyone else experiencing a slowdown or a reshuffling of priorities? Trying to figure out if this is a company-wide trend or just something isolated. It's hard to tell when there's so little official communication about these things. Just looking to see if others are feeling a similar shift in pace or focus.

Yeah, my team has definitely felt some shifts too. We've seen a few projects get deprioritized and others seem to be moving at a different pace than before. It's tough when you don't have clear communication about what's happening, definitely creates some uncertainty. I'm hoping it's just a strategic realignment and not a sign of bigger issues.

Interesting you bring this up. We've had a bit of a reshuffle recently, with some folks moving teams and priorities getting re-evaluated. It feels more like a response to market demands or maybe internal restructuring, rather than a general slowdown. Hard to say for sure without more info, but it's definitely noticeable.
