PACCAR - Anyone else feel the chill at PACCAR?

Hey everyone, Been seeing a lot of chatter on here about other companies and it got me thinking about PACCAR. Officially, nothing's been said, but the vibe feels off lately. My team's been quieter, fewer new projects kicking off, and there's definitely a sense of 'hurry up and finish what you're working on' without much direction for what's next. Is it just me, or are others picking up on this? Performance review season is here/coming up, which always adds a layer of stress, but this feels different. More like a general belt-tightening than the usual end-of-year stuff. Anyone in different departments or divisions seeing the same thing? Heard any whispers? Trying to get a sense of the broader picture before I start updating the resume or just chalking it up to normal business cycles. Appreciate any insights.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. It's not just you. There's a definite slowdown in project pipelines and a general sense of uncertainty about future work. People are finishing up tasks but not seeing much get started, which is always a bit unnerving. Performance review timing doesn't help, that's for sure. Hope we get some clarity soon.

I've noticed a similar trend. Fewer new initiatives seem to be gaining traction, and there's a pressure to wrap things up quickly. It's creating a bit of a stagnant atmosphere, and it's hard to plan long-term when the immediate future feels a bit nebulous. Hoping it's just a seasonal lull before the next wave of work.
