Been at PACCAR for a few years now, and lately, the vibe just feels...off. Management's been really tight-lipped about the future, and there's this constant hum of 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' that frankly sounds like corporate jargon for impending cuts. I've seen a few team members quietly exit over the past couple of months, not in a way that screams 'layoff', but more like 'we're making changes'. No official announcements, no mass emails, just a subtle shift. Is anyone else picking up on this? I'm trying to stay optimistic, but the uncertainty is starting to get to me. Worried about job security, especially with the economic climate. Anyone in a similar boat or have any insights from different departments?
