Okay, I'm going to put this out there. I haven't seen any official announcements, and HR isn't saying much, but the chatter about potential layoffs at PACCAR is starting to get louder. Feels like more than just speculation this time. Seeing some project scopes shrink, and I've heard of a few key roles being 'frozen'. Is anyone else picking up on this? Have any of you been part of recent 'performance reviews' that felt a bit more intense than usual? Trying to understand if I should be updating my resume or if this is just a normal slowdown. Haven't heard anything official either, but I've definitely noticed a shift in the air around here lately. The vibe isn't what it used to be, that's for sure. Projects do seem to be getting scrutinized more, and there's a general sense of caution that wasn't there a few months ago.
