Team performance reviews feel extra intense lately

Is it just me, or have the recent performance reviews at Palantir felt way more scrutinized than usual? It feels like there's a new level of pressure to 'demonstrate value' and hit metrics. My manager keeps bringing up 'efficiency gains' and 'resource allocation' in a way that feels… pointed. I've heard from a few colleagues in other teams that they're experiencing something similar. Makes me wonder if this is a prelude to something bigger, or if the company is genuinely pushing for higher output across the board. Trying to stay positive and focused on my work, but the underlying tension is palpable. Anyone else feel this heightened review process and what are your thoughts?
