Yeah, it's been pretty chaotic over here too. The constant shuffling is definitely making it hard to get any real traction on projects. Management keeps saying it's for the best, but the lack of clear communication about the long-term vision is unsettling. Feels like we're just reacting rather than strategically planning. Hopefully, things stabilize soon, because this level of uncertainty isn't sustainable for morale.
