Just saw the WARN notice for Shelter Road in Lincolnshire. 114 people. Ouch. Not sure if this is directly related to the other whispers going around, but it feels like a significant number for one location. Anyone in that area or department have more insight? Trying to get a clearer picture of what's happening across the board. It's always tough to see so many colleagues impacted. Wondering if this is part of a larger trend or a specific issue at that site.

That's a tough number to hear, definitely concerning. I'm in a different division, so I don't have firsthand knowledge of the Lincolnshire situation, but I have been hearing some general rumblings about restructuring across the company. It's hard to say if this is directly connected or a separate event, but 114 people is significant. Hope those affected land on their feet quickly. It's a difficult time for sure.

Wow, 114 people is a huge hit for one location. I work at a different site and haven't experienced anything like that recently, but I know things can change quickly. It's always unsettling to hear about layoffs, especially when it's such a large group. Hoping for some clarity on the reasoning behind it all, and sending good thoughts to everyone impacted by this news.
