Hey all, been seeing some strange chatter around lately, especially in the engineering and operations side of things. People are talking about 'strategic realignments' and 'efficiency drives,' which usually translates to something else, right? Haven't seen any official announcements, but the vibe is definitely shifting. People are looking over their shoulders a bit more. Anyone else hearing these rumors or experiencing similar shifts within their departments? It's making it hard to stay focused when there's so much uncertainty. Yeah, I've picked up on some of that too, particularly in the supply chain side. Lots of talk about optimizing workflows and integrating new systems, but the underlying feeling is definitely one of uncertainty. It's hard to ignore when you see certain roles being de-emphasized or internal projects shifting focus unexpectedly. Hoping it's just standard business adjustments and not something more serious impacting job security.
