Anyone else feeling the Paycom vibes lately? What's the buzz?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at Paycom is picking up on anything... weird? Lately, there's been a certain hum in the air, you know? Not necessarily layoffs confirmed, but just a general sense of... shift. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and some of the feedback feels a little sharper than usual. Also noticing a bit more silence from some of the higher-ups in team meetings. Is it just me, or are others feeling this? Any internal intel or just general gut feelings you're willing to share?
