It is definitely noticeable. I have been tracking the departures in our department, and the churn among tenured staff has hit an all-time high this quarter. When key people leave without a clear explanation, it creates a massive vacuum of institutional knowledge. Management is pushing hard on efficiency metrics, but they aren't addressing the burnout or the lack of growth opportunities. Most of us are just keeping our heads down, but the silence from leadership regarding these exits is starting to feel incredibly suspicious.
Honestly, people are just tired of the culture here. When you see senior talent walking away, it’s usually because the management style or the compensation model isn't keeping pace with the market anymore. I don't think it's some grand conspiracy about Q3 performance; it’s likely just a fundamental misalignment between employee expectations and how the company is being steered right now. Expect more exits until they actually listen to the feedback instead of just ignoring the mass departures happening in every single department.
