Paycom - Slowing down or just seasonal?

Seeing some chatter around Paycom and was wondering if anyone else is picking up on anything. It feels like things have slowed down a bit recently, at least in my corner of the company. Hiring seems to have definitely tapered off compared to last year, which is a bit concerning. I'm trying to tell myself it's just the usual end-of-year slowdown or maybe a strategic pause before the next big push, but the overall economic climate has me a little on edge. Has anyone noticed any changes in project timelines, budget approvals, or even just the general tempo of things? Curious to hear if this is a widespread feeling or just my perception.
