Paycom: Anyone else feel like the goalposts keep moving?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm alone in this. Lately, it feels like whatever target or objective is set, it gets shifted or expanded before we even have a chance to hit it. It's incredibly demotivating, especially when you're busting your tail to meet expectations. I've been here a while and I've never felt this level of 'what's the point?' creeping in. Is this a company-wide thing, or am I just in a department that's getting squeezed harder than others? Trying to stay positive, but it's getting tough when it feels like a constant uphill battle with no clear finish line. Anyone else experiencing this or have insights into why it might be happening?
