Paycom: Anyone else feeling the pressure lately?

Just wondering if it's just me or if others are noticing a shift at Paycom. Feels like the expectations have really ramped up over the last quarter or so. More tasks, tighter deadlines, and a general sense that everyone needs to be 'on' 24/7. I get that businesses need to perform, but it's starting to feel unsustainable. Are management's expectations realistic, or are we being set up for failure? Anyone else experiencing this, or is it just my team/department?

Definitely feeling it too. It's like the goalposts keep moving, and by the time you reach one, they've already shifted it further down the field. The pace is relentless, and I'm seeing a lot of burnout starting to creep in. I'm not sure how much longer this sprint can last before something gives. Hoping it's a temporary surge and not the new normal, but it's hard to be optimistic with the current workload.
