Paycom: Is the 'hustle culture' starting to burn out employees?

Been at Paycom for a few years now, and while I appreciate the drive and the pace, lately it feels like we're running on fumes. Everyone's stretched thin, and the constant pressure to 'do more' without a proportional increase in resources or support is starting to wear thin. I've seen a few people I used to work closely with leave recently, and while they cited 'new opportunities,' it always makes me wonder if there's something else going on. Are others feeling this same burnout creeping in? Or is it just my team/department? Trying to gauge the general sentiment before I start looking myself. Feels like the company's growth trajectory might be outpacing its ability to actually sustain its workforce. Anyone else have similar observations or concerns?

I've definitely felt that pressure build. It's like the expectations keep climbing, but the support system isn't keeping pace. It's frustrating when you're giving it your all and still feel like you're falling behind. The departures are concerning, and it makes you question if this level of intensity is sustainable long-term. Management needs to acknowledge the strain and find ways to ease it, or I worry we'll see more people seeking greener pastures.

I hear you. The energy here can be infectious, and I used to thrive on it. But lately, it feels less like a productive challenge and more like a constant race against an invisible clock. It's tough when you feel like you're always 'on' and there's no real downtime to recharge. Seeing colleagues leave also raises a red flag. I hope things shift before it impacts the team's morale and productivity even further.
