Paycom: Seeing more 'restructuring' buzz - anyone hearing whispers?

Been at Paycom for a few years now and usually things are pretty stable. Lately, though, I've been hearing more chatter about 'organizational adjustments' and 'efficiency improvements' than usual. Not necessarily laid off myself or anyone I directly work with, but there's definitely an undercurrent of uncertainty. Are these just standard business cycles, or is anyone else picking up on something more significant happening behind the scenes? Curious if anyone has concrete info or has seen similar patterns elsewhere in the company.

I've been with Paycom for a bit and have noticed the same. There's been a shift in how projects are being assigned, and some departments seem to be consolidating responsibilities. It feels like a strategic move rather than widespread panic, but it's definitely causing some ripples. Management is being cagey, which only fuels the speculation. Hopefully, it leads to clearer roles and less overlap, but the ambiguity is unsettling for sure.
