Interviewing at Paylocity - What to expect?

Has anyone interviewed at Paylocity recently? I have an upcoming interview for a [mention general role type, e.g., software engineer, product manager] position and I'm trying to get a feel for the process. What's the interview structure like? Are there a lot of technical rounds? What kind of behavioral questions do they ask? Any specific advice on how to prepare? I've looked at Glassdoor, but fresh perspectives are always helpful. Trying to understand the culture from the interviewer's side and what they're really looking for in candidates. Any tips on impressing the hiring team would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Had a good experience interviewing there for a role similar to yours. They seemed to focus a lot on how you collaborate and solve problems in a team setting, so be ready for scenario-based questions about past projects and how you handled challenges. Technical rounds were present but not overly intense, more about assessing your foundational knowledge and thought process rather than obscure trivia. Good luck!

My interview process with Paylocity was fairly standard. Expect a mix of technical assessment and behavioral interviews. They really want to gauge your cultural fit, so be prepared to talk about your experiences working with others and how you handle feedback. Research their company values beforehand; it really helps to tailor your answers to what they're looking for. They were pretty transparent about the steps involved.
