Had a good experience interviewing there for a role similar to yours. They seemed to focus a lot on how you collaborate and solve problems in a team setting, so be ready for scenario-based questions about past projects and how you handled challenges. Technical rounds were present but not overly intense, more about assessing your foundational knowledge and thought process rather than obscure trivia. Good luck!
My interview process with Paylocity was fairly standard. Expect a mix of technical assessment and behavioral interviews. They really want to gauge your cultural fit, so be prepared to talk about your experiences working with others and how you handle feedback. Research their company values beforehand; it really helps to tailor your answers to what they're looking for. They were pretty transparent about the steps involved.
