Is the Grand Haven site completely gutted now?

Saw the WARN notice for the 74 roles cut in Grand Haven back in 2020. I know it’s been a while, but looking back at how that went down—was there any actual warning or did it just blindsided everyone in the office? I’m trying to gauge if the current leadership has changed their MO regarding these regional site closures. It feels like they keep trimming the fat in these satellite offices whenever the quarterly numbers aren't perfectly aligned with the street's expectations. If you were there for that round, did they at least offer decent severance or were they trying to be cutthroat about the packages? Trying to decide if I should be keeping my resume polished for the next 'optimization' announcement. This place has been feeling pretty unstable lately and I hate that 'waiting for the other shoe to drop' energy.

It was a complete blindsiding back in 2020. There was zero transparency until the very last minute, and that’s been the standard operating procedure for years. Don't kid yourself into thinking leadership has changed their MO; they treat satellite offices like disposable line items on a spreadsheet. If you’re banking on them being more ethical or communicative now, you're going to be disappointed when they need to shave a few basis points off their margin again. Keep your resume updated.
