Paylocity - Anyone prepping for interviews outside?

Just wondering if anyone else is quietly polishing up their LinkedIn and sending out feelers. The 'we're doing great' messaging is there, but the underlying currents feel a bit choppy. Seeing some unusual hiring freezes in certain departments, and the internal chatter about restructuring keeps popping up. It's not a full-blown panic mode for me yet, but it feels prudent to have options. The market outside seems to be picking up a bit in some areas, so maybe now's the time to explore. Curious to know if there's a broader sentiment of looking elsewhere, or if I'm just overly sensitive to the shifts. Any recent interview experiences at other companies you'd be willing to share?
