Paylocity - Feeling the pressure? What's going on?

Hey everyone, been with Paylocity for a bit now and lately, it feels like the vibe has shifted. Not sure if it's just me or if others are picking up on it too. Projects seem more rushed, deadlines are getting tighter, and there's a general air of 'what's next?' that I can't shake. Has anyone else noticed a change in workload or management's communication style recently? Are people starting to look elsewhere or is this just a normal hump we're getting over? Curious to hear if anyone has any insights or is feeling the same way. Trying to stay positive but it's hard when the office atmosphere feels a little tense. Just looking for some commiseration or perspectives from others on the inside.

I've definitely noticed a ramp-up in the pace lately. It feels like there's more on everyone's plate, and the communication, at least from what I'm seeing, could be a bit clearer about priorities. It's easy to feel a bit overwhelmed when things are moving that fast. I'm hoping it's a temporary surge and not the new normal, but it's good to know I'm not the only one feeling the strain.

Yeah, the sense of urgency is palpable. I'm not sure if it's market pressures or internal shifts, but the 'more with less' mantra seems to be in full effect. Been trying to stay focused on what I can control, but the lack of clear direction on some of these quicker turnaround requests is a bit frustrating. It’d be helpful to get more insight into the 'why' behind the changes.
