Paylocity salary and comp - How are we doing?

Hey all, been seeing a lot of chatter on other platforms about compensation trends and wanted to bring it over here specifically for Paylocity. I'm curious how people feel about their current salary and overall compensation package (bonuses, stock options if applicable, benefits). Are you feeling fairly compensated for your role and contributions? Have you seen significant changes in comp philosophy or structure recently? I'm not necessarily looking to share exact numbers, but more about the general sentiment. Are raises keeping pace with inflation and market rates? Is the bonus structure still competitive? Trying to gauge if my perception aligns with the broader employee experience here. Any insights from different departments or levels would be helpful. Just trying to understand where we stand in the market.

Honestly, I feel pretty good about my compensation here. The base salary is competitive for my role, and the benefits package is solid. I haven't seen huge shifts in the comp structure lately, but it feels like they're generally in tune with market rates. Definitely feel like my contributions are recognized and reflected in my pay.

It's an interesting question. I think for some roles, the compensation is great, especially with the recent growth. For others, maybe not so much. There have been some adjustments to how bonuses are structured, which has been a bit of a mixed bag for folks. Overall, I'd say it's decent, but there's always room for improvement and clearer communication on how compensation is determined.
