Another round of layoffs, this time specifically mentioned in Israel. It's exhausting. They talk about 'strategic realignment' and 'efficiency' but it feels like they're just burning through talent. We've seen so many of these 'new chapter' announcements over the past couple of years, followed by cuts. How many more 'new chapters' can there be before people realize the book is just falling apart? It makes you wonder what the long-term plan actually is. Are they trying to be a lean startup or a global giant? Can't seem to decide. This constant uncertainty is brutal for morale, and honestly, for anyone trying to build a career there. Makes me question the stability and future outlook of the company in general, not just for those directly impacted today. What's the end game here?

It's incredibly disheartening to see repeated layoffs, especially when the language around it feels so deliberately vague. 'Strategic realignment' sounds like corporate speak for 'we messed up somewhere and now someone has to pay.' The constant churn has to be impacting morale and productivity, regardless of the 'efficiency' they claim to be pursuing. Hard to have faith in long-term vision when the short-term is so unstable.

From an outsider's perspective, it's tough to understand the strategy. You see these shifts and cuts, and it raises questions about where the company is headed. Are they refocusing on core services, or is this a sign of deeper structural issues? The 'always evolving' narrative is wearing thin when it consistently leads to job losses. It makes potential investors and customers alike pause and consider the stability.
