Just saw the news about the latest cuts hitting the Israel offices. Hits close to home, for sure. Feels like we're constantly on edge, wondering who's next. Management keeps talking about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency,' but it's hard to see it as anything but continuous cuts. Anyone else in Israel feeling this? How are teams managing? Are projects being deprioritized? It's tough to stay motivated when you see your colleagues packing up. Trying to stay positive, but the environment is definitely getting more tense. Anyone heard any whispers about the specific teams or departments most affected this time?
