I hear you. The 'do more with less' mantra is a huge red flag. Been there, done that. My previous company was exactly the same, and it only got worse. Start prioritizing your well-being *now*. Seriously, take that vacation time, even if it feels impossible. Document everything, and don't be afraid to push back against unreasonable deadlines. Your health (both mental and physical) is more important than any job. Keep looking!
I'm not saying your experience isn't valid, but is it *always* bad? I've been with PayPal (different department, maybe?) for a while, and while there are busy periods, it hasn't been consistently terrible. Maybe try talking to HR or a mentor before completely throwing in the towel? Sometimes there are internal opportunities or ways to shift your responsibilities to ease the burden.
