Pentair - Anyone else feel like workload is increasing with fewer resources?

Lately, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less. Projects that used to have dedicated teams are now being juggled by fewer people, and the deadlines haven't budged. It's creating a lot of stress and overtime, and honestly, it's starting to impact the quality of work and our well-being. I haven't heard any direct talk of layoffs from management, but this feels like a precursor. It's like they're testing the waters to see how much people can handle before they make bigger decisions. Anyone else in Pentair experiencing this? Especially curious about corporate functions or support roles, but open to hearing from any department. Is this a company-wide push, or are certain areas being hit harder? Just trying to see if I'm alone in this feeling.

I've definitely felt the pinch too. It seems like the same amount of work, or even more, is being piled onto the existing teams. It's frustrating when you see projects getting spread thinner and thinner, and you worry about things slipping through the cracks. The overtime is piling up, and it's hard to maintain a work-life balance. Hopefully, management recognizes the strain and addresses it before it leads to burnout.
