Pentair - Anyone else feeling the pressure on project timelines?

Just me, or is it getting harder and harder to hit deadlines at Pentair lately? Feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the pressure to deliver on ambitious timelines is really ramping up. I'm hearing a lot of chatter about efficiency improvements and streamlining processes, which sounds good in theory, but on the ground it feels like we're just stretched thinner. Is this a company-wide push, or is it specific to certain divisions/departments? Curious to hear if others are feeling this crunch and how you're managing it. Are resources being reallocated, or is it just a matter of working smarter... or longer? Just trying to see if this is a shared experience. Seems like a lot of moving parts right now.

I've definitely felt that crunch lately. It's not just you. The pace definitely feels accelerated. I've noticed a real push to get projects out the door faster, which puts a lot of strain on teams. While I appreciate the focus on getting things done, it sometimes feels like we're sacrificing thoroughness or creativity for the sake of hitting an arbitrary date. Hoping for some solutions that don't involve burning out the existing workforce.
