Pentair - Anyone else notice fewer new openings lately?

Hey all, been keeping an eye on Pentair's careers page and also job boards for roles at the company. Feels like there's been a noticeable slowdown in new postings over the last few weeks. I know it's not a layoff announcement or anything concrete, but it's definitely adding to the general unease out there. Is anyone else in a similar boat, perhaps in different departments or locations? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide trend or if I'm maybe just hyper-focused on a specific area. Wondering if it's a sign of a hiring freeze creeping in, or just a typical seasonal dip. Curious to hear what others are seeing and if anyone has any internal insights. Trying not to read too much into it, but it's hard not to when the job market feels so unpredictable right now.

Yeah, I've been seeing the same thing. Was hoping to see some movement on roles I'm tracking, but it does feel like the pipeline has thinned out a bit recently. Could just be the usual ebb and flow of hiring cycles, or maybe something else is going on behind the scenes. It's hard to tell without more info, but your observation definitely resonates.

Interesting you mention that. I hadn't specifically counted, but I did get the impression things were quieter on the Pentair openings front. I'm in a different division, so it's good to hear from someone else noticing a potential trend. Maybe it's just a seasonal lull, or perhaps they're consolidating resources or shifting priorities. Worth keeping an eye on.
