Pentair - Anyone else noticing more 'special projects' lately?

Hey all, been with Pentair for a few years now and lately it feels like there's a constant stream of 'urgent' special projects popping up. It's like, instead of hiring to manage the increased workload, we're just being asked to juggle more. My team is already stretched thin, and these new initiatives are really starting to impact our ability to focus on core responsibilities. Has anyone else seen this trend? Wondering if it's a company-wide thing or just my department. Kinda feels like they're trying to do more with less, which usually doesn't end well. Curious to hear what others are experiencing.

Totally. It's like a never-ending game of whack-a-mole with these 'urgent' requests. I've seen departments get overloaded and then just absorb the extra work without any real support. It makes it difficult to plan and execute effectively on our primary objectives. Hoping for some clarification on resource allocation soon.
