Pentair - Feeling the uncertainty, anyone else?

Hey everyone, been with Pentair for a few years now, and lately, the vibe has just felt…off. Not hearing any direct layoff news, and my team is busy, but there's this underlying current of anxiety. Heard some whispers about restructuring in certain divisions, but nothing concrete. Anyone else feeling this sense of unease? Am I just overthinking it, or is there a general feeling of instability that management isn't addressing directly? My workload is still high, but the conversations in the virtual hallways seem a bit more muted. Just looking for some shared experiences or reassurance, or maybe just to know I'm not alone in feeling this.

I hear you. It's tough when you can't quite put your finger on what's causing the unease. My division seems okay for now, but I've also picked up on some hushed conversations that suggest things might be shifting behind the scenes. It's the lack of clear communication that really gets to you, isn't it? Makes it hard to focus when you're constantly wondering what's around the corner. Hopefully, it's just a temporary phase.

Yeah, definitely feeling some of that. Workload is still there, but the general atmosphere feels tense. It's like everyone's walking on eggshells a bit, trying not to draw attention. I've heard similar rumors about potential reorganizations, but like you, nothing solid. Management's silence on the matter doesn't help either; it just fuels the speculation. Hoping we get some clarity soon so we can all get back to feeling secure about our roles.
