It's definitely tough seeing colleagues let go, and the silence from leadership isn't helping. Most folks I've spoken with are feeling pretty uneasy, wondering if their department will be next. We've heard whispers about restructuring, but nothing concrete. The lack of clear communication is fueling a lot of anxiety and making it hard to focus on the work. Hoping for some transparency soon.

Morale took a hit, no doubt about it. People are worried, and the rumor mill is working overtime.
