No official announcements, but you can just feel it sometimes, you know? Been hearing whispers about certain divisions being restructured or projects being put on hold. Definitely sensing some of that uncertainty too. It's tough when there's no clear communication, just a general feeling of things being a bit tighter. Our team's workload hasn't decreased, but there's definitely more scrutiny on expenses and a longer leash on new initiatives. Heard some rumblings about slower hiring in certain areas as well. It's a strange atmosphere when you're used to a bit more stability. Hope things become clearer soon for everyone.

I've noticed it as well. Seems like some project approvals are taking longer than usual, and there's a bit more caution around budget requests, even for things that feel essential.
