Just checking in to see if anyone else in the PepsiCo beverages sector is experiencing budget cuts or hiring freezes that weren't previously communicated? My team has had several 'efficiency' discussions recently, and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, which is never a good sign. No WARN notices or official layoff news, obviously, but the atmosphere has definitely shifted in the past few weeks. It's making me a bit anxious about job security, especially given the general economic climate. Anyone have a similar experience or any insider info on potential reorganizations or cost-saving measures impacting our division specifically? Trying to prepare myself just in case. Thanks for any input.

Yeah, definitely feeling it on the snack side too. Lots of 'strategic reallocation of resources' talk, which usually means the same old 'do more with less' song and dance. It's unsettling when the vibe shifts without any concrete announcements. Trying to stay focused on my work, but the whispers are hard to ignore.

Totally. The pressure to optimize is immense. We've been told our division is 'critical' but also that we need to 'find efficiencies.' It's a confusing message, and frankly, it's creating a lot of background anxiety. Hoping it's just a cyclical thing and not a sign of deeper issues.
