Seeing some chatter on other sites about potential layoffs hitting HQ roles at PepsiCo Bev. Haven't heard anything concrete internally yet, but figured I'd see if anyone else has picked up on whispers or noticed anything unusual. Are there any budget freezes happening that I missed? Any departments seem particularly 'overstaffed' lately? It's that time of year when things can get a bit dicey, and with the economic climate, it wouldn't be a total shocker. Just trying to get a sense of the temperature. Anyone got intel or just general unease they want to share?

Haven't heard anything definitive about restructuring, but it's definitely a valid concern given the current economic pressures. I've noticed a general tightening of budgets across the board, which usually precedes bigger shifts. No specific departments seem obviously overstaffed to me, but I'm not privy to all the internal metrics. It's probably wise to stay alert and keep an ear to the ground.
