PepsiCo Beverages: Any word on HQ headcount changes?

Seeing some chatter online and a few whispers around the water cooler (pun intended) about potential headcount adjustments at PepsiCo Beverages, particularly within HQ. Nothing concrete, mind you, just the usual 'someone knows someone' type of info. Has anyone actually seen or heard anything official, or even a credible leak? Trying to get a sense of whether this is just the usual end-of-year budgeting noise or if there's something more substantial brewing. Trying to stay ahead of things if possible, but without real info, it's just speculation. Anyone have insights or confirmation either way?

I've been hearing similar rumblings myself. It's always tough to tell what's real and what's just office gossip, especially around this time of year. My team hasn't received any official communication, but the grapevine is certainly buzzing. Hoping for some clarity soon, as it creates a lot of uncertainty for everyone, especially those in the beverage division's headquarters. Fingers crossed it's just routine budget discussions.

Not heard anything official from management yet, but I agree the whispers are definitely out there. It feels like more than just the usual end-of-year chatter this time around. It's understandable why people are anxious. Hopefully, if there are any changes, they'll be communicated transparently and with sufficient notice. Keeping an ear to the ground for any concrete information.
