I hear you. It's frustrating when you feel like your years of dedication aren't being recognized. Companies often chase the 'new shiny object' without realizing the value of institutional knowledge. Have you considered talking to your manager about your career goals and how your experience can benefit the team in a different capacity? Sometimes, proactively positioning yourself can make a difference.
Honestly, this is happening everywhere. Companies are obsessed with innovation and 'fresh perspectives,' which often translates to cheaper labor. 15 years is a good run. Start looking at other companies, even if it's just to see what's out there. Use that experience to your advantage. You might be surprised at the opportunities that exist beyond Frito-Lay, and maybe even find a place that values your skillset more.
