Rumblings in PBNA - anyone else feeling uneasy?

Been with Pepsi Beverages North America for 7 years now, in a sales planning role. Lately, the atmosphere feels…off. My manager, usually pretty chatty, has been super tight-lipped. We've had two 'all-hands' meetings in the past month where they danced around performance metrics but didn't really say anything concrete. I keep hearing whispers about 'restructuring' and 'streamlining.' Anyone else picking up on this? I'm starting to update my resume, just in case. What are your thoughts? Any advice for someone who hasn't job hunted in a while?

Yeah, I'm in a similar boat on the operations side. Vague pronouncements and a general sense of unease are definitely in the air. I've seen this movie before, and it rarely ends well for frontline employees. Polish that resume and start networking *now*. Better to be proactive than caught off guard. Check internal job postings too, might be a good time for a lateral move.

Honestly, take a breath. "Restructuring" is practically PepsiCo's middle name. They're *always* tweaking something. Seven years is a decent run, so you've probably seen a few of these cycles. Unless you're consistently missing targets, you're likely fine. That said, hurt no one to passively look around. Just don't jump ship based on rumors alone.
