Hey everyone. Seeing a lot of chatter and general unease around P66 lately. No official layoff announcements, and I haven't heard anything concrete from my direct management, but the vibe is definitely changing. Budgets seem tighter, travel is being scrutinized more than usual, and there's a noticeable slowdown in new project approvals. Feels like management is preparing for something, whether it's a soft freeze, hiring chill, or something more significant down the line. Anyone else in different departments noticing similar trends? Trying to gauge if this is company-wide or just isolated pockets. Honestly, the lack of clear communication is making people nervous. Yeah, I'm definitely feeling it too. Travel requests are getting a lot more scrutiny, and it seems like every dollar is being looked at twice before it gets approved. We had a few smaller projects put on hold indefinitely last week, which is unusual for this time of year. It's creating a bit of an anxious atmosphere, to be honest.
