P66 - Performance Review Season = Stress

Here we go again. Performance review season at P66 is always a bit of a tense time, but this year feels especially charged. There's a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'optimization' from leadership, which usually translates to 'do more with less' or, you know, the other thing. Has anyone else noticed a shift in how performance is being framed? It feels less about individual contribution and more about fitting into some overarching strategic goal that isn't entirely clear to us on the ground. Just hoping my contributions are seen and valued, but the overall corporate mood feels... tight. Anyone have advice on how to navigate this when you're feeling the pressure to prove your worth, especially with all the background noise?

I've definitely felt that pressure too. The 'efficiency' buzzwords are loud this year, and it's hard to see how it directly impacts my day-to-day work. I'm trying to focus on hitting my targets, but the underlying strategy feels a bit opaque. It's definitely more stressful when you're not quite sure what the bigger picture is supposed to look like. Hoping for some clarity soon, but I'm not holding my breath.

Yeah, the 'strategic goals' framing is a bit of a mystery. It feels like they're trying to align everyone under something vague, and it's creating a lot of anxiety because we don't know what 'success' actually looks like in practice. I'm just trying to do my job well and hope that's enough, but it's tough not having a clear sense of direction from the top. Anyone got any insights into what they're really aiming for?
