P66 - Rumblings about a potential restructuring?

Hey everyone, throwing this out there to see if anyone else is hearing similar whispers or noticing anything unusual. I've been at P66 for a few years now and things have felt… a bit uncertain lately. Not seeing any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's a definite buzz in the air. Projects seem to be consolidating, and there's been some talk about "streamlining operations." I've also noticed a few fewer new hires coming in, which could just be the normal ebb and flow, but combined with the other signals, it's making me a bit nervous. Anyone in different departments seeing the same thing, or is this just my corner of the company? Trying to gauge the general sentiment and if this is something to be genuinely concerned about or just corporate speak. Any insights or observations would be appreciated.

Interesting. I haven't heard anything concrete about a restructuring, but I agree there's been a shift in atmosphere lately. It feels like a lot of the 'nice-to-have' initiatives have been put on the back burner, and the focus is squarely on core operations and efficiency. It's tough to say if that's a precursor to something bigger or just a response to the current economic climate. My department has definitely seen some changes in project prioritization, making me wonder about the long-term strategy.

I've been hearing similar things, though I'm not sure if 'restructuring' is the right word. It feels more like a strategic realignment. The emphasis on efficiency and consolidating projects does suggest a desire to optimize resources. While it's natural for hiring to fluctuate, the general sense of 'belt-tightening' is definitely palpable across different divisions. Hopefully, any changes are communicated clearly and benefit the company and its employees in the long run.
