P66 - Thoughts on recent contract awards and staffing?

Has anyone seen the news about P66 winning those new renewable diesel contracts? Great for the company's future, but I'm trying to connect the dots on staffing. We're hearing whispers about project teams being formed, but also about some roles being consolidated or even eliminated. It's confusing. Are they hiring for the new stuff while cutting elsewhere? Or is this just a reshuffle? I'm in one of the older, more established operational areas, and it feels like we're being squeezed. Trying to understand if the investment in new ventures means a net loss or gain in jobs across the board. Anyone in project management or engineering seeing this firsthand? Trying to get a sense of the overall headcount strategy. It's hard to tell if we're growing or shrinking overall with all these different initiatives happening simultaneously.
