Phillips 66 - Anyone else feel the vibe is off lately?

Hey everyone, been at P66 for a few years now, mostly in [Department/Division - e.g., Refining Operations]. Lately, the atmosphere feels… tense. There's been a lot of talk about market conditions and efficiency drives, which I get, but it feels like more than just standard business fluctuations. Seeing some unusual silences in team meetings, and leadership updates are a bit vague. Performance review season is always a bit of a scramble, but this year feels different, more pressure to justify roles perhaps? Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on the same undercurrents, or if it's just me overthinking things.
