Anyone at P66 feeling like this is translating into job security concerns? It feels like management is definitely evaluating the long-term strategy, and that can't help but make you wonder about headcount down the line, especially in areas that aren't core refining or marketing anymore. Honestly, it's hard not to think about it. There's definitely a sense of uncertainty, especially when you see the company investing in renewables. It makes you wonder where the focus will really be in five or ten years. I haven't heard any direct discussions about mass layoffs, but the strategic shifts are noticeable and do lead to questions about future roles for many of us in traditional operations. It's a balancing act for sure.
