Okay, so I've been seeing a lot of chatter about those engineers who apparently built a tool to track layoffs at Pinterest and then got fired. That's some wild stuff. On one hand, it's incredibly bold and, frankly, I get why they'd want to know what's going on. Transparency is a joke in a lot of these companies, so creating your own transparency tool makes a twisted kind of sense. But then you hear the company calling them 'obstructionist' and firing them. That sounds pretty harsh. Were they actively sabotaging things, or just trying to get a clear picture of the situation?
